| Match Report | Gresford 1st open the season with a 14 to 1 points win. Excellent knocks of 60+ from Chris Ellwood and Matty Cree (130 third wk partnership) and 41 no from man of the match Henry Makings gave the away side a 236 for 7 winning total. Wks fell regularly in the Pont reply with Danny Williams, Simon Perry and Steve Lloyd with 2 wks each. Best bowling figs were provided by John Bell`s 3 for 8 off 10 overs. Pont were all out for 155 which remarkably contained 8 (big) sixes....one of which put a dent in Kat Bell`s car roof!
