| Match Report | LLAY U13 Vs GCC U13 - 13TH jUNE 2013 GCC batted first and made very heavy work against the bowling attack. After being 18-5, Rob Clark 50*, Tomos Roberts 19, Henry Soper 20* and Sam Postle 10, came to the rescue and dragged the score to a respectable 119 off 20 overs. A much improved bowling performance and in particular a very impressive fielding display restricted Llay to 103 off their 20 overs. Fielding standards were set by, Zac Dobie, Sam Postle and the man who was lightning quick stopping the boundaries, Dan Parry. The performance of the night goes to Rob Clark who looked in excellent form with the bat, scoring 30 not out and retired, then all the rest of the team lost their wickets with the exception of Henry Soper. The situation allowed Rob to return to the crease and score a further 20 runs before the innings was complete.
