| Match Report | Danny got the toss right, then he and Sam T put on over 100 for the first wk (best opening stand of the season). Sam getting ct for 35. Danny went on to 90 and really should have got at least 10 more. Ask him about his out shot! Other scores of significance included a quickfire 42 from Matt T and a most welcome 21no from Al E! A Chris E/Simon P combination sorted out the big threat from the CQ openers and the game was won. To give relegated CQ credit, there middle order fought well to reach 178 (John B taking 4 for 46) Special mention to our scorer...Ian Crumplin...scored on his own all day, the book was perfect and the electronic scoreboard upto date throughout!!! |
