| Match Report | Screaming, swearing chlid, invading labrador, buzzed by a drone, blinded by headlights, but at least we won and won well (92 runs) For G, both openers retired on 31. Cam Evans and Ewan Hoskins gave us an excellent start....both contenders for man of the match. Two quick wks then fell (Ben Elcock run out by a direct throw from the boundary) but Matt Soper (26no) and Will Rogers (17no) and lots of extras took the score to 190 for 2. Bowling wise.....all were good with Matt S two ex overs of leg spin the pick (2wk for 3 runs)....hence MoM. Freddie C, Ben H and Wes E bowling efforts also deserve mention as does Will R`s diving catch. Nice to get our first win. |
