| Match Report | Last game of the season, the re-arranged Les Tunnah 20/20 final...and a lovely day it was. A barely awake Chris E won the toss and elected to bat...phew. The more sober Alec E was out quickly then Matty Cree (44) and the awaking skipper Chris took over, eventually to be out for a man of the match 59. Useful runs from DW and GB helped Gresford to reach 159. The bowlers then stuck to their task against a good Bersham top order. Gareth B`s boundary catch of Nuwan turned the tide our way...a 16 run win and a trophy to end the season |
