| Match Report | GCC Vs LLay - Thursday 6th August Llay batted first and made 153 off 20 overs. GCC used all eleven bowlers and Zoe Cabrell took the forst wicket assisted by and excellent catch by Jack Billington behind the stumps. Louis Davies bowled for the other wicket assisted by a catch from Tom Barlow. Skipper Cam Evans was the pick of the bowlers conceding just three runs in his two overs bowled, however twenty eight extras conceded was again the top scorer! After a short break and a high score to chase, Cam Evans (15) and Dan Jones (19) made a good start. Jack Billington was really unlucky with a wicked bounce. Tom Barlow and Louis Davies got starts but GCC could not score quickly enough to chase down the total they had been set. Nevertheless we await for confirmation whether the squad are South Division champions.
