| Match Report | LLAY U13 VS GCC - 16TH JULY 2015 GCC batted first and both Cam Evans and Ewan Hoskins gor starts, but the middle order of Dan Jones (21), Jack Billington (22), Tom Barlow (23*) and Ben Elcock (16*) brought the total up to 120 before the break. Bowlers who took wickets were Dan Jones, Matthew Soper and Tom Barlow, these were added to by four run outs, which must say something about the fielding, however my pick out bowlers were Matthew Marshal, James Smith, Iwan Roberts, who bowled with great composure towards the end of the innings when the pressure was on. Llay reached a total of 110 at the end of the innings and only two of their batsmen reached double figures, however the highest score was 43 extras given away!!!! PLENTY TO WORK ON HERE!! |
