| Match Report | GCC U13 Vs Brymbo 21/5/15 Brymbo batted first and made 84 runs off their 20 overs. Wickets were taken by Jack Billington, Tom Barlow, Ewan Hoskins, James Smith, but the pick of the bowlers was the imprssive Zoe Cabrell with figures of 2-5 off her two overs. After a quick drink and a biscuit...or several biscuits GCC set about the run chase. Ewan Hoskins the skipper for the evening helped himself to 21 before he retired, Jack Billington also scored freely with 22 to his name before retiring, Ben Elcock also looked in great form also retiring undefeated. Dan Jones, Luke Birbeck and Ewan Roberts also in the runs achieving the total in the 12th over. Fielding, yes fielding ... much to work on here!!!! |
