| Match Report | MALPAS Vs GCC U13 - 14/5/15 GCC batted first and were quick out of the traps with skipper Cam Evans, Ewan Hoskins and Jack Billington all retiring on 25*, Ben Elcock made a quick fire 20 and was supported by Dan Jones, Tom Barlow, James Smith, Matthew Soper and Sam Burke who were all in the runs and collectively set a competitive 151-4 from 20 overs. GCC then set about defending the total and ten bowlers were used with Ethan Hennesey and Matthew Marshall particularly bowling well towards the end of the Malpas innings when they were trying to reach the score set by GCC. Fielding standards were good with Sam Burke setting the standards with some high quality sliding stops on the boundary to ensure that Malpas were not getting the runs. The hospitality at Malpas was excellent with the boys tucking in to a great cricket tea at the end of the match.
